Disclaimer.
Caveats covering what's published on this site — accuracy, third-party links, and the difference between the public runbook and the quote we issue against your actual ticket. Last reviewed July 2026.
Site content
Pages on mountsolution.online are written to give an honest picture of what the runbook covers and roughly what it costs. They are not a substitute for a quote against your specific intake. The quote we return after intake review is the binding figure; site content is indicative.
Prices & tiers
The three tiers ($189 / $289 / $389) describe where most tickets settle, not a fixed menu. Walls vary. The final figure is set on the quote post-intake, not by the catalogue page.
Not professional advice
Anything we publish about bracket selection, fireplace thermal envelopes, or whether a specific screen is safe to mount in a specific location is based on the runbook and our experience. It is not structural advice. If your wall is unusual, please also consult a structural engineer.
Warranty terms
The "12-month workmanship cover" and bracket warranties are described in the terms and refund docs. The catalogue page is a summary; the policy docs are the binding text.
Third-party links & reviews
Where we link to a review site, a bracket manufacturer, or a payment provider, we're pointing to content they control. A link is not an endorsement of everything they publish.
Mock-ups, dashboards, examples
The dispatch console, ticket examples, and dashboard panels on this site are illustrative. The ticket IDs in the closed-ticket testimonials are real (they appear on real invoices); the surnames are first-initialed and used with permission. The "live" metrics are end-of-month roll-ups, not real-time feeds.
Trademarks
Brand names referenced in plain text (TV manufacturers, soundbar brands, mount manufacturers) remain the property of their owners. They appear so you can tell whether the bracket we hold fits your kit; no affiliation is claimed.
Our liability
Nothing on this page or elsewhere on the site limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, the limits in the terms apply.
Versions
This page refreshes when underlying terms or the runbook change. The footer carries a build stamp and the current public-runbook version; those are the canonical references for which policies applied to your install.
