Tickets move left to right through the pipeline. Each state has an owner, an SLA, and a defined exit condition. You can see which state your ticket is in at any time — by reply, by dashboard link, or by quick call to ops.
You send the wall photo, screen model, and postcode. Ticket opened, classified, queued. You get a ticket ID by reply.
Ops reviews intake, classifies to a ticket class, returns a quote with the next two viable slots. SLA: p50 11 minutes during open hours.
You confirm a slot. Operator and van pinned to the ticket. 90-minute arrival window p95 from the start of the booked window.
Runbook executed on site — protect, locate, drill, mount, test, tidy. You sign off on the device. Ticket closes. Receipt and warranty PDF land in your inbox.
Refreshed from the calendar at the end of every month. If a metric drops below threshold, ops gets a page on Slack. If something paged this month, you'd see an "incident" tag here — there isn't one.
