TV installation,

Mount Solution runs every install as an SLA-backed ticket. Runbook on the dashboard, operator at the door inside a 90-minute window, sign-off captured before the van moves. Boring — in the way you want for the thing holding your screen up.

THESIS

Most TV installers
run on vibes.
We run on tickets.

Every contact becomes a ticket. Every ticket follows a runbook. Every runbook has an SLA, every SLA has a tracked p95, and every install has a signed-off close-out. The texture is corporate. The reason is simple: the screen on your wall stays up.

SERVICE · CATALOGUE

Six ticket
classes.

The shortlist. Each class has a fixed scope, a fixed price, an arrival SLA, and a standard runbook. Anything off-pattern goes to ops review and you get a custom ticket back in twenty.

STD-65 ~45 MIN

Standard wall mount

Studs located, screen seated, levelled to ±0.2° (laser-checked). Cable run tidied to the console position. Bracket included — fixed or tilt depending on viewing angle. Drywall or masonry.

32" → 85" $189
FPL-75 ~75 MIN

Above the fireplace

Pull-down bracket so the screen drops to a viewing-correct height. Surface temperature monitored on gas units before commit. Job aborts if thermal envelope exceeds spec — refund issued, no fee.

up to 75" $289
ARM-65 ~65 MIN

Full-motion arm

Tilt-pivot-extend bracket for off-axis seating or kitchen / corner installs. Range tested at full extension under load before signoff. Cable management for the arm's swept path.

up to 65" $239
MIG-99 ~60 MIN

Migrate & refit

Decommission an existing install, patch the source wall ready for paint, redeploy on the target wall. Single-trip ticket. Useful for moves, renovations, and "actually it should be on that wall, sorry."

patch incl. $219
CBL-IN +30 MIN

In-wall cable run

HDMI and signal hidden inside the wall via code-compliant in-wall kit (no power through low-voltage gangs). Power outlet relocated to behind the screen. Patched ready for paint.

drywall only +$89
SND-BR +25 MIN

Soundbar bracket

Soundbar bracketed below (or above) the screen, audio cable routed via the same channel. Bring-your-own brand — Sonos, Bose, Samsung, Yamaha. We bring the bracket, the bolts, the patience.

BYO bar +$79
PIPELINE

Four states.
From intake
to signoff.

Tickets move left to right through the pipeline. Each state has an owner, an SLA, and a defined exit condition. You can see which state your ticket is in at any time — by reply, by dashboard link, or by quick call to ops.

Intake

You send the wall photo, screen model, and postcode. Ticket opened, classified, queued. You get a ticket ID by reply.

Numbers we
actually page on.

Refreshed from the calendar at the end of every month. If a metric drops below threshold, ops gets a page on Slack. If something paged this month, you'd see an "incident" tag here — there isn't one.

SLA · CONTRACT

Four lines we
get paged on.

These are the four commitments behind every ticket. They aren't marketing — they're the conditions under which ops gets woken up. If any of them is missed, the install is free.

"Quote at 09:14. Slot confirmed by 09:31. Van outside by 14:42 — well inside SLA. Bracket on, screen up, signoff at 15:38. The whole thing felt like watching a deploy succeed."

"They aborted the fireplace install when the gas thermal probe came back too hot, refunded the deposit, and rebooked the side wall the same day. Refreshing to see a vendor actually use their own runbook."

"The dashboard tracking is unhinged — and I mean that as a compliment. I knew exactly when the operator was going to ring the bell. The invoice matched the quote to the dollar."
